We developed a Livestream shopping platform for brands, retailers, influencers, and experts to conduct virtual shopping events. Influencers can broadcast their session with unlimited followers on the e-commerce site via our innovative screen-sharing solution and a video chat.
Joining buywith as the Customer Success &Operation Manager (US), you will be a part of an early-stage startup. You will be involved in the entire cycle of onboarding new and current clients and responsible for the live shopping sessions operation. You will also be constantly helping shape our product based on the feedback received from the customers. It is an excellent opportunity to learn from experts and to enjoy a super exciting ride!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with current and new clients
- Managing clients' accounts and providing top-notch, proactive, and professional support
- Manage live sessions' operations
- Liaising between the clients and the marketing and tech teams
- Being attentive to customers' needs and helping them get the needed results
- Gather data, optimize and increase clients' satisfaction
- Responsibility on the upsale & renewal activity.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Native English speaker – a must
- Relevant degree in Communications, Marketing or other
- 1-2 years of experience in working with clients – large and global clients would be a plus
- Experience in marketing / social media/influencer marketing
- Love to work with people 😊
- Ability to tackle large volumes of work and prioritize burning tasks
- Analytical skills
- Passionate about account management
- A passion for shopping, social media, and influencers is a plus!
