One of our top publicly traded cyber security clients currently valued at over $2B is looking to add a Sales Director in Reston.
The Sales Director leads a team of 10-15 Account Executives to drive larger portions of revenue for the business. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused, innovative thinker who will build organizational commitment, helping to ensure that their team's needs and those of the organization are met.
Your day-to-day will consist of:
- Generate revenue opportunities through coaching and mentoring
- Assist team with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Assist in the recruiting, staffing and training to grow and maintain a sales team
- Formulate and execute on monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards
- Ongoing process improvements, recommendations, and implementation of systems that will make the team more efficient
- Assist in achieving target goals for team and individual representatives by managing programs and campaigns
You should have:
- A bachelor's degree (required), minimum 3.0 GPA
- 4+ years software sales experience with successful track record
- 1+ years of successful sales management/leadership experience in an enterprise environment
- A team player mentality with excellent communication and leadership skills
