ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Account Manager position is a full-cycle sales role in which you’ll be responsible for business development, account management, and client retention. Day to day responsibilities consist of driving net new business using a multi-pronged approach of cold calling, LinkedIn research, and outreach to drive automation and reach predetermined targets.
- Developing new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and following up with key decision makers.
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry: identifying opportunities, issues, and trends to help our business stay on the forefront of innovation and talent demand.
- Working well within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
- Attending daily meetings designed to foster collaboration and communication between teams.
- We are a metrics-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving activity and achieving attainable KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Your ramp-up period will be business development-focused as you build your book of business through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and sourcing.
