In short, the ideal candidate is:
- A strong social person with 2-5 years’ experience New Business Development Sales in IT Staffing industry
- A solutions oriented Technology consultant, and has an area of IT focus that they can talk about and likes to sell into! You can sell what you like better than anything. For example Data Analytics, ERP, Cloud, or Application Development
- An appointment setter. You are the person who connects with prospects and shows them value to start the conversation, whether on the phone calls, on Video calls, or in person. Its your show to run!
- A team player: This means you want a manager who will invest with you, and help you make your appointments count. Your director will be there with you to make you successful with targets, campaign, and more. Ask me about this!

The Account Executive role with Kelly Technology in our Science, Engineering, Technology, and Telephony division, will work with companies and corporations for their IT related projects, and present the workforce solution of human talent in that space to make our clients successful. We find our clients the technical talent they need to be successful, and find successful people the right job for their talent!
This new team member will work in business development, and after the account has been sold, the Information Technology Account Executivewill partner with the Recruiting to ensure effective service delivery in the best way for the client.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business sales with prospective strategic customers and sales & retention with existing customers.
- Possess a proven ability to develop business, build relationships, network, and communicate both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus and personal leadership, and solid negotiation and presentation skills.
- Collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
- Adhere to the sales metrics and thresholds.
- Remain current with competitive trends, staffing/human resource issues and market conditions and their effect on business.
- Operating within company policy, exercises discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with decision-makers and end users at current and prospective customers!
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experienceNew Business Development Sales inIT Staffing industry
- Experience in new business development sales with relevant Information Technology experience.
- 2-5 years of Sales Experience in the Technology Solutions industry required; IT/business to business sales capacity.
- Proven ability to develop business; build consultative relationships; thrive in a team environment and have effective networking skills.
- Must strive to be a top performer....we'll help.
- Demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus, positive personal leadership and drive, and solid negotiation and presentation skills.

- Salary is always there & competitive: General minimum range is $72,000 to $90,000, and negotiable+ from there, based on a metric of staffing business development experience.
- ALSO your Monthly Commission Incentive:GENEROUS - at plan minimum you will quickly build a solid book of business.
