We are looking for a Scaled Account Executive to lead our efforts in engaging and partnering with digital health companies, to collaborate with the team to refine our positioning and messaging for the digital health space, and to build empathy for, and act as the voice of, digital health in new product development.

What we’re looking for in this role
- You enjoy developing revenue-generating partnerships across the digital health space
- You are excited by the opportunity of engaging and collaborating with digital health companies, and working collaboratively with other Ribbon teams to develop our GTM strategy for digital health
- You are a strong verbal and written communicator, and enjoy engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally and providing market feedback to our go-to-market and technical teams to ensure rapid product and communication improvements
Your day-to-day
- Develop new relationships and strike revenue-generating partnerships with digital health companies
- Provide voice of digital health companies across all teams to further develop company empathy for our partners’ problems
- Be present where our partners are; attend conferences and industry events and spend time with our partners
- Work closely with marketing and strategic partnerships to refine our GTM positioning and value proposition

The base salary range for this role is between $120,000-$130,000. In addition to base salary and long-term incentive, this position also has competitive variable compensation/commission. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. Ribbon also offers a competitive equity package, health insurance, parental leave, 401K matching, and other great benefits.
