About the Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will help develop new revenue opportunities by educating our prospects about Second Nature’s offerings. The SDR will develop superior phone skills and sales proficiency while working on a fast-paced, agile team in a growing company. The SDR will receive hands-on training from top 1% performers dedicated to helping the team deliver incredible results. Our ongoing training covers product knowledge, sales methodology, business insight, and will put you in a prime position to succeed. We love to work with our teams to help them grow and achieve their professional goals.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Complete a high volume daily of cold calls
- Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure alignment on ideal prospects
- Schedule and confirm demo times with prospects
- Become proficient in Salesforce and Salesloft
- Learn the residential property management industry and the importance of driving the best tenant/resident experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of high achievement
- Coachable approach to sales
- Resilient and positive attitude
- Sharp interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, challenging environment
- Willingness to learn and absorb material quickly
- Self-Motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Salesforce/CRM experience
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree
