Triforce SF is a prestige, niche-based managed service provider serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts to achieve sales targets and increase revenue within the San Francisco Metropolitan Area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and results
Expectations:
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area market and industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (preferred, not required)
