Our client is a software company responsible for protecting the data of organizations around the world by combining network protection, policy-based content filtering, and automated encryption in a single software solution. Since 2004, they have protected organizations in information sensitive industries. Customers across the globe trust them for inbound and outbound email protection.
They are seeking a talented Sales Manager/Director to join their team and growing business. This person will play an important role in the growth of new partnerships and market opportunities. The right candidate will have a proven track record managing global accounts in information technology. Starting salary is market competitive plus bonus incentives with benefits, and work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Drives growth of market segment, ensuring further development of key sales channels
Execution of brand building and expansion of new markets
Lead commercial team and organize resources across international networks
Build and deliver on strategic initiatives with improved relationships with large accounts
Develop and promote innovative company offers for products and services
Sustain top customer satisfaction and propose improvements to coordinate future development activities focused on customer needs
Proven record building software product market segment and managing large global accounts / partners
Foster business network and improve sales approaches in conjunction with established business units / partners
Anticipate risks and alert organization, ensuring timely delivery of services and sustainability of accounts
Manage business relationships and adequate development of partnerships to expand product penetration
Own revenue forecasting and account prospecting
Promote company values of quality, trust, and reliability
Contribute to the growth of sales team, further recruitment, and development of commercial team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, MBA or higher degrees are an advantage
7+ years in sales and marketing with demonstrable results
5+ years in software sales, ideally in cybersecurity solutions
Experience in strategic planning and close collaboration with end users for business development
Proven success as an individual contributor and manager who has delivered top line growth results
