GigFinesse is currently seeking an Account Executive to assist with sales in our Dallas market. As an Account Executive, you will lead client acquisition by onboarding hospitality music venues, including but not limited to restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, breweries, and wineries. An ideal candidate for the Account Executive position will have a passion for live events, music, and entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Grow number of hospitality venue partners on GigFinesse using outbound sales strategies, cultivating relationships, and processing inbound requests
- Maintain a sales funnel with accurate and organized information detailing the status of each client at each stage of the sales process (updated weekly)
- Positively represent the company by upholding company sales practices and methodologies
- Maintain a working knowledge of of the music and hospitality industries in the Dallas region
- Ensure clear communication to operational staff in the Dallas region regarding client needs and contract deliverables
- Strive to represent the company positively at all times through personal presentation, client communication and attentiveness, and public facing etiquette (social media)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience in the music/entertainment or hospitality industry
- 2+ years quota-carrying sales experience
- Connections/relationships with venues in the live music and hospitality industry
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding quota
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience in a field sales role, ideally managing 90% outbound sales rate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter & a go-getter with a great work ethic, charismatic and outgoing personality- someone who loves meeting new people and building relationships
Compensation:
Pay for this position is comprised of a base salary plus bonus and commission. Total OTE is approximately $100,000 to $120,000.
