Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities while effectively managing internal support resources and working full sales cycle opportunities from initial contact to close
- Manage your pipeline to accurately forecast on a quarterly basis
- Collaborate across internal customer success and SDR teams to ensure client success
- Bring fresh ideas to the sales process to maximize revenue
- Help mentor and lead your peers on the sales team
- Mastery and consistent execution of modern sales methodologies
- Prospecting new business through direct outreach (Cold calls, LinkedIn, and Emails)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive within the SaaS space
- A strong track record of achieving and surpassing quotas repeatedly
- Hunter mentality, experienced with outbound sales
- You take pride in learning the product inside and out to communicate the full value to customers
- Self-motivated and a “go getter”
- Strong communicator and presenter
- Familiarity with corporate wellness or corporate benefits a huge plus
- Selling into HR or Corporate benefits teams a huge plus
Pay Range: $120-$150k base salary + commission + options
