RJR Partners is partnering with Modernizing Medicine to bring on a Regional Sales Manager (AE) to their growing team.
Modernizing Medicine® is transforming how healthcare information is created, consumed and utilized in order to increase practice efficiency and improve patient outcomes. Their specialty-specific, data-driven and cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) and practice management (PM) systems, plus revenue cycle management (RCM) services, were built by a team including specialty physicians and practice management professionals.
Your Role:
- Manage sales cycles from lead to close, including quote creation and contract negotiations
- Define and execute territory sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently close business within assigned specialty, territory, and segment
- Utilize consultative selling skills to build trusted relationships with prospective customers
- Develop strong product and industry knowledge to demo Modernizing Medicine products to prospective clients effectively
- Complete remote and onsite software demonstrations of our suite of solutions with the assistance of sales solution engineers
- Leverage internal resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering
- Ensure data integrity and accurate forecasting by entering and maintaining accurate and useful customer data, including customer contact information and interactions in our Salesforce CRM software
- Actively participate in industry-relevant trade shows
What you Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, not required
- Ability to travel
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in a full-cycle sales role within SaaS.
- EMR/Healthcare, Practice Management or RCM Software sales experience is a plus
- Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners
- Experience working cross functionally and collaboratively
- Proven track record in managing sales cycles & successful revenue attainment
- Consultative selling, pipeline management & negotiating skills
- Ability to engage prospective clients through product demonstrations
- Ability to quickly learn the medical specialty you are selling into
- Ability to flex and adapt to different situations
- Professional and engaging communication and presentation skills
