ABOUT THE ROLE
We launched our B2B offering last August and have scaled rapidly from 60 customers at year-end 2021 to over 600 today. With hyper growth in mind, we are looking to add an exceptional sales rep to an existing cross-functional team of high-performers to find our next 600 customers and more. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for an assigned territory with massive potential, working alongside our US General Manager to maximize revenue potential.
As an Account Executive, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in driving sales from start to finish. You enjoy leading the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing, building strong and lasting relationships along the way.
With the knowledge and feedback you gain, you will drive insights internally, working closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize growth and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Base Salary: 90,000-100,00K plus commission (50%-50%)
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years relevant experience
- Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, ideally in the real estate / prop-tech space
- Verifiable history of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets for a rapidly growing, non-name brand tech startup
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills – you effectively lead client meetings and presentations and never miss your promised follow-up
- Equal parts IQ and EQ – you not only can connect with anyone, but you can easily translate complex language into simple ideas
- Self-starter mentality – you are inherently motivated to meet and exceed expectations
- Always-be-closing mindset – you exercise judgment and solve problems without direct supervision
