Our client is a VC Backed, high growth SaaS business that have a unique AI offering that empowers the restaurant and hospitality sector to have greater customer engagement, leading to increased revenues and delighted guests!
We are hiring for a new business Account Executive to help scale their business to the next level. As an early hire, this person will work directly with the CEO and Head of Growth and focus on generating new business in the Restaurant/Hospitality vertical not in just North America but Globally! This role is crucial to the success of the company during a time of rapid growth.
What you'll do:
- Hunt and close new business in the Restaurant/Hospitality sector through timely lead generation, qualification and networking
- Researching and identify customer prospects and targets among Restaurants and key hospitality customers
- Nurture and build relationships with top-of-funnel prospects to convert into customers
- Manage all steps in the sales process including qualification, demos, proposals, securing required contract paperwork, and coordinating with the customer support team to drive ongoing success and adoption.
- Research and identify opportunities in new verticals and collaborate with the marketing team and various leaders to help define go-to-market strategy and messaging
- Build a pipeline of new customers within the defined verticals
- Strategically manage your pipeline to ensure a consistent deal flow
- Work closely with the Onboarding and Account Management teams to support onboarding
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas and weekly top-of-funnel metrics
Who you are:
- 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of overachieving in SaaS Sales or similar
- Ideally sold advertising/software solutions/SaaS to hospitality/restaurants/ecommerce companies
- Self-Starter who is not afraid to hunt and hustle for new business
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes start-up environment
- Coachable, self-motivated, and think outside the box
- You have strong communication skills, both written and over the phone
- You're a good listener, assertive, persistent and persuasive
- Have sold
-SaaS, Hospitality, Ecomm, Toast, Bbot, Slice, Bento restaurant, POS Software, fintech experience preferred
