Position: Account Executive (Digital Insights).
Location: Candidate needs to be located in New Jersey, New York or Philadelphia, United States.
Within this context the Account Executive will:
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle; apply various management frameworks to generate, qualify and nurture new leads and drive their conversion into on-plate revenue.
- Manage key client relationships with C-level executives by communicating effectively with delivery team members, client management, and project stakeholders on status, issues, timelines, goals, and outcomes.
- Co-lead / participate in internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up, including quarterly business reviews with the client.
- Eloquently represent Nagarro’s Digital Insights business’ unique value proposition by developing a deep understanding of the service portfolio and consultatively presenting it to prospects and existing clients.
- Track metrics around account sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Create, implement, and track relationship roadmaps and Key Account Plans.
- Experiment with and implement relevant tools; campaigns; and work cross-functionally with the practice, marketing team, sales team, business unit teams, and other functions.
- Own and manage master service agreements for crucial accounts and drive contract negotiations with procurement and Marketing/Market research customers.
What you'll be bringing to Nagarro:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Communications, Business, Marketing).
- 5 - 12 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role in a Marketing Agency setting, supporting insights methodologies, customer engagement strategy, or digital execution.
- Experience in Selling Market Research, Insights, Innovation Strategy, Social Media.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Knowledge of Social Intelligence is a plus.
