The Customer Success Team Manager (Channel) works closely with the Regional Director to manage operations and assist/support their CSMs.
Responsibilities
- Manage time off requests for team
- Monitor dashboards and reporting to ensure their team is meeting goals and staying on track
- Work closely with Regional Director and report any concerns with their CSM team
- Ensure their team is attending and participating in any drills or training
- Make sure CSMs are prepared for pipeline and onboarding meetings
- Reach out to unresponsive customers
- Make genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, disciplining, and promoting of Channel CSM team members to which the company gives significant weight
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 year degree preferred
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and Gmail preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with web Browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- IT experience/exposure is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to build a rapport through phone calls and email
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
