Job Title: Account Manager
Job Location: Remote - NY/NJ Metro Area Preferred
Salary Range: $60,000-$66,000 Annually
Currently hiring an Account Manager for one of Amazon's software partners!
Online businesses have to focus on selling & marketing their products. This software solution handles the rest: transactions, audits, recovery, returns, reimbursements, etc.
They have over 6,000 customers, and auditing billions of dollars in annual eCommerce transactions.
This Account Manager will be customer-facing with businesses who sell on Amazon. They will work closely with these clients for consulting on best practices & for resolving issues.
- Consult with client on best practices
- Gather feedback to help improve software features & general processes
- Ensure client satisfaction & retention
- Handle all inbound and outbound inquiries
- Develop, manage, and update procedural documentation and optimize workload
- Collaborate & communicate with internal teams
- 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service, Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to increase client satisfaction
