Company Overview:
We've partnered with a Series B Fintech company that is changing the way for B2B payments. They have grown 500%+ since launching in 2021, and are looking for an Account Executive to join their team. The role is hybrid in NYC and will report directly to the VP of Sales!
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end process of conversion from lead to customer
- Develop a strong pipeline via a combination of inbound and targeted outbound activities
- Manage the relationship with the potential customer and create a sense of partnership, be a trusted advisor
- Be the quarterback inside and out -- manage the project with your customer and communicate with the various Balance groups in order to drive the sales forward
- Be responsible for the customer’s use of capabilities in order to grow TPV / ARR
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales; emphasis on enterprise sales cycles with many various types of stakeholders
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and non-revenue-based goals
- Experience selling payments - Advantage
- Excellent relationship-building skills, ability to become a trusted advisor
- Experience in managing large customer portfolios effectively and efficiently
