The Senior Sales Development Representative (SSDR) will be supporting a team of highly experienced Enterprise BDM’s. The role of the SSDR is to manage prospects and qualify leads from the Enterprise team and turn them into booked meetings and future opportunities.

What’s the role?
- As an SDR, your mission is to become an expert in the qualification of prospects relating to the company’s unique value proposition and product offering
- Establish rapport and build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders, including senior executives (VPs, SVPs, EVPs)
- Identify & research target audiences to understand the challenges they face and stay informed of industry trends, and personal development opportunities
- Prioritise opportunities and mobilise the appropriate internal resources to help accelerate their sales cycles
- Help develop the outreach strategy for your target market to enable the company to achieve their revenue targets
- Lead by example to more Junior SDRs
- Work collaboratively with the sales, operations, and the technology team to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to brands
Who are they looking for?
- Must have a minimum of 1 year B2B sales experience or a demonstrated top performer at 1yr+
- Ability to engage with customers and prospects at every level of the organization - from the frontline to the C-Suite
