Corestream is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) - We are looking for a scrappy and driven sales professional who is innately curious and always looking to solve the challenges that prospects and customers are facing, while focused on hitting benchmarks and key metrics. If you are looking to start a career in sales or simply looking to make a career change and try something new, this role will provide great sales experience and development training that will help you scale up your sales career.
Your Mission
- Source/research the companies within Corestream’s addressable market
- Connect with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and other outreach avenues
- Properly qualify outbound prospects and inbound leads, and schedule a next-steps meeting with the Regional Sales Manager
- Stay up to date on logging notes, activity, contact information, and deal stage within the CRM
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to ensure success
Recipe for Success
- 1+ years experience as a BDR/SDR, or
- Looking to make a career change out of careers such as teaching, real estate, HR, benefits, writing, among others
- Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
- Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- A knack for getting connected with people and having meaningful conversations
- A self-starting attitude
- Innately motivated to succeed
- Organization skills
- Openness to learning and trying new things

- Experience as a Human Resources or Benefits professional
- Proficiency with multiple online sales tools (In particular: Salesforce, HubSpot, G-Suite, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
