Account Executive Job Description
AI is rapidly changing the world. Our client is a leading conversational AI and machine learning SaaS company looking for driven Account Executives responsible for new logo acquisitions at the enterprise level and will follow the sales cycle process from beginning to end while supporting company goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas & loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify new business prospects by determining if the prospect matches the company's services and qualifications, outlining opportunities and benefits of pursuing relationships
- Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and be an active member of the community
- Field inbound leads
- Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies to find and attract prospects
- Maintain CRM systems by inputting data and keeping data properly updated.
- Present products to prospective clients
- Find new sales opportunities thru networking & create new partnerships
- Achieve annual quotas assigned
- Manage and update pipeline activity
- Provide professional after-sales support
- Remain in frequent contact with clients to best understand their needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 4 to 6 years of SaaS technology full-cycle sales experience in a hunting role
- Experience selling Artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms.
- 1+ years of DevOps experience.
- Knowledge of the SaaS market
- Organizational & time management skills
- Enthusiastic & passionate
- Working knowledge of CRM system
- Business-to-business sales experience
- C-suite sales activity
- Ability to independently develop & create a pipeline
- Experience prospecting and closing net new deals
- Knowledge of Excel/Word/Google Docs/Salesforce
- Candidates who have worked with conversational ai , CPaaS, and CCaaS solutions or platforms and sold to Contact center industry verticals will be ideal.
Benefits
- The role offers a $100K base with an $80K commission target Uncapped. OTE is $180K
