What You’ll Do

The Account Manager is the primary point of contact with TennCare's Quality Improvement (QI) Team. This position serves as the lead over the contract team and is responsible for planning, directing, managing, and overseeing the overall contract project management activities. The Account Manager is responsible for managing discussions and correspondence between TennCare and the company, including status reporting, scheduling, and TennCare requests for information.

We expect you to:

Maintain responsibility for the delivery, timing, and accuracy of deliverables to the contract.
Monitor and lead all EQR activities and deliverables including, but not limited to, coordination with TennCare and other contract stakeholders.
Participate in all AQS activities and onsite surveys as well as conduct annual HEDIS/CAHPS comparative analyses.
Serve as key personnel and be available during normal business hours.
Provide advice and support to TennCare, including participation in meetings.

This position is contingent upon contract award and works remotely.

Our requirement for this role:

Master of Public Health degree or equivalent years of related experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare Quality Assurance (QA), management and QI
Knowledge of HEDIS/CAHPS and NCQA accreditation standards
Expert knowledge of CMS EQR protocols
Expert knowledge of State and Federal healthcare legislation
