Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish) and have a proven track record of success in medical office liaison, finding relevant professionals in our industry, signing up new clients, working closely with attorneys, facilitating community events, attending bi-weekly team meetings, and attending weekly networking events. Starting pay is $50K with quarterly bonuses and a benefits package.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a medical office liaison to build relationships with medical professionals and promote our services.
• Identify and reach out to relevant professionals in our industry to establish partnerships and collaborations.
• Sign up new clients by presenting our services and benefits to potential clients.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Facilitate community events that help get our name out in the community and promote our services.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Attend weekly networking events (BNI) to build relationships and promote our services.

Requirements:
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a must.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Salt Lake and Utah County.
