Telgian is looking for a Hands-on Strategic Account Executive. Are you an experienced team player who is a self-starter, energetic and goal oriented? At Telgian you will experience high level of achievements while developing relationships.

The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) works directly with clients to guide, shape, grow and retain their fire protection and life safety programs, to meet their internal needs, while serving to advance the position and role of Telgian.

More specifically you will:

· Develops and plans annual Business Plan for assigned clients including market analysis, tactical execution, and budget.

· Drives and/or supports new business development initiatives within assigned existing clients as well as new clients including cross functional cooperation with other regions, divisions, and departments.

· Schedules and facilitates customer stewardship meetings for assigned accounts to obtain voiceofcustomer (VOC) data related to overall customer satisfaction, opportunities for improvement and retention drivers. Provides detailed summary report post meeting to Exec Team.

· Monitors assigned client program management with leadership, finance and control teams and crossfunctional teams in other divisions as appropriate.

· Monitor’s delivery of services to customer; ensures delivery timelines, quality commitments and customer satisfaction commitments are met ontime, ontarget and within budget.

· Provides central point of contact for client concerns, escalated issues as well as internal subject matter expert for client service delivery.

· Performs recurring account review meetings with account leadership and provides feedback to leadership on the health of the account and recommendations for improvement.

· Supports associate knowledge/skill and career development through mentoring and providing constructive feedback/development opportunities.

· Partners with operations leadership, peers and crossfunctional partners to coordinate staffing resources for accounts.

· Maintains a working Knowledge of relevant fire protection, risk, building Code and construction technologies; identifies trends and recommends proactive solutions to meet/exceed requirements.

· Proactively identifies and resolves areas for improvement for customer satisfaction, logistics, service delivery/quality, safety, and cost.

· Provides assistance to the Operations Dept. on an as needed basis to support Customer Delivery timelines within area of competence.

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Your Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Your Qualifications

We are looking for high performing associates to help drive Telgian’s mission to save lives and property in partnership with our customers.

To achieve this, you will bring the following qualifications to the table:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, certification/licensure, and experience.

· At least 5 years of fire protection related experience, or related field.

· At least five years’ customer service experience required.

· At least two years in senior account management preferred.

· Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, Intermediate Excel skills, Dynamics 365 CRM.
