We provide consulting and pension administration services for all types of qualified retirement plans including: 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) and Cash Balance/Defined Benefits Plans. We proactively go out to the marketplace to target retirement plan advisors and directly to prospective clients.

We are looking to add to the most dynamic TPA/Recordkeeper sales team in the country. We are looking to grow this team and are open to any location.

It is an experienced level sales position for individuals either with experience or contacts in retirement plan sales with

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet with financial advisors, wholesalers, and partnerships
Meet with prospective clients
Maintain an up-to-date calendar at all times
Prepare Illustrations
Conduct on-site broker seminars, not less frequently than bi-monthly
Complete sold-case paperwork for new clients
Assist in the transition of new clients
Enter information into sales CRM system (Pipeline)
Enter all opportunities into sales CRM system (Pipeline) not less frequently than weekly
Provide a monthly status report due no later than the 5th business day of each month

Base Salary/ Wage: $TBD; Incentives: Bonus structure
