This role will also manage project teams, and assure factory integration of new account development generated by the field sales team. Responsibilities include growing an existing portfolio of accounts and projects with annual revenue of value of $4.5M/year and above and working with these accounts to expand and develop new project opportunities to grow the business.

* Develop business cases for identified new product development ideas working with customers and global sales team and product development teams in Exton, PA, Matthews, NC, and Wrexham, North Wales
* Develops short- and long-term forecasts and works with senior management to establish budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives
* Works with Product Development teams to develop products that will grow sales and profitability
* Participates and helps to establish a 3yr Strategic plan
* Responsible for identifying opportunities in adjacent markets where Transcontinental does not have a current presence but can leverage its products and other resources to achieve a competitive advantage
* Research and reports competitive threats and provide recommendations on how to respond
* Provides input to assist in steering product development to the marketplace and toward customers' needs and opportunities
* Develops a value proposition for each Market Segment that supports 'Transcontinental's Leadership position and value proposition
* Develops tools to capture Market Insights and promote opportunities for the organization
* Attends market specific tradeshows, state and regional shows, and territory seminars
* Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure that marketing tools such as collateral, packaging, catalogs, web presence (White papers, videos, infographics), press releases, etc., meet customer demand.
* Owns all dimensions of the customer relationship in assigned territory and key accounts
* Inputs relevant information into the CRM software (Salesforce) to track contacts (pre & post calls), progress, including written reports concerning Market Segments, dealer, distributor, end-user, and competitor information
* Participates in pricing negotiations and purchasing contracts as required

* Bachelor's degree in applicable field required, and an MBA is highly desirable.
* Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, familiarity with production process of labels preferred
* Demonstrated experience with Key account management for accounts > $5M/annually
* Familiarity to toll and contract coating (Familiarity with Roll to roll coating processes or similar)
* Ability to develop strong cross-functional team relationships despite not having direct reports
* Experience with CRM (Salesforce desired)
* Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and work with strategic direction while meeting key goals and objectives
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, from the maintenance personnel to the executive leadership
* Candidate must possess the ability to execute strategic selling while also becoming a product expert
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
