Taazaa is looking for an Outbound Sales Account Executive to join our growth team. We’re looking for a consultative sales professional with superpowers in relationship building, problem-solving, and the art of having great conversations. You’ll have the following qualities and talents: empathy, a sense of humor, rigorous follow-through, and a fascination with emerging technology.

How You’ll Make an Impact?

Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and expand our client base of innovative leaders looking to build custom software to manage rapid business growth or to enable enterprise innovation. You’ll be responsible to:

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and research potential clients leading fast-growing companies and enterprise innovation.
Develop and execute outbound strategies to initiate meaningful conversations and create opportunities.
Effectively communicate the value proposition product development services to key decision-makers.
Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with a cross-functional growth team (marketing, design & engineering, customer success).

Experience:

Proven track record in outbound sales in the software development services or technology sector.
Familiarity with software products, SaaS platforms, and their value propositions.
Demonstrated ability to identify and target potential clients through research and strategic outreach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
Creating and executing direct and indirect outbound strategies with channel/referral partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in outbound sales or a related role.
Strong understanding of software development processes and technology trends.
Self-motivated with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales goals.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
