You are a natural communicator, who loves engaging with new people. You are self-directed and confident, yet flexible enough to roll with the punches that come with pounding the phones. You’re hungry to learn from the executive team and their decades of sales experience, and excited to pave the way for rapid upward movement in your career. We promote up, fast. You love variable comp plans because you know you can exceed your numbers.

You will be responsible for driving the top of our sales funnel. We will arm you with the tools you need to be successful; but your success will be completely defined by your effort. At the end of the day this is a numbers game, and you understand that the more people you engage, the more sales we will win. Period. You will be measured, and rewarded, by the number of calls you make and the number of meetings set. Your hard work will directly enable our sales executives to close deals, and at the end of the day we will all celebrate together.

You’ll be a skills fit if you:

have an undergraduate degree and 0-2 years of sales experience
have experience with sales tools such as HubSpot or SalesForce
are familiar with the sales process for enterprise SaaS
have excellent communication skills, especially on the phone, and think on your feet
bonus points if you have experience with startups

You’ll be a character fit if you:

enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a *very* early stage startup (very strong preference for someone who has worked in a <50 person company)
are constantly engaging with new people
have the discipline and desire to meet your numbers every week, even in the face of rejection from prospects
