Due to a consistent increase in the demand for our services, Symphony MediaAI is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Account Manager to join our Client Relations & Contract Compliance team.

As the Account Manager - Client Relations you will be responsible for:

Client Relations:

Primary Client Liaison for assigned Audit Department Clients (Programming Groups).
Prepare & Provide Monthly Audit Status Updates for each Client Group as assigned.
Educate Clientele on audit results, areas of risk within contracts, MVPD-specific audit issues, etc.
Support Client Relations & Contract Compliance team for all other Audit Client Groups, working with other Account Managers on the team.
Conduct Pre-Field Meetings and Post-Audit Delivery Discussions between Client Groups and SAIM.
Request Contracts and Payment Remittance from Client Groups
Communicate via email/conference calls with all Client Groups on a weekly or twice weekly basis – as necessary dependent upon current workflow.
Participate in and supervise the preparation of audit responses, working with the applicable Audit Manager/Director/VP.
Facilitate and participate in discussion between Client Groups and SAIM to review audit responses, audit issues, etc.
Conduct monthly/quarterly client status virtual meetings and conduct annual in-person client site visits, accompanied by an SAIM VP, to each assigned Client Group, to communicate the above points, as well as to go over specific audit reports/audit issues, as applicable.
Provide detailed and sustainable recommendations to our clients based on analysis and audit results.

Contract Review, Pre-Analysis & License Fee Review:

Review, interpret and analyze media/cable programming contractual agreements to determine application of license fees, carriage requirements and financial implications necessary for the preparation of audit reports to SAIM clientele.
Prepare contract terms, carriage requirements, license fees and report presentation summaries to be utilized by audit staff in audit report analysis and preparation.
Manage license fee preparation/conduct license fee review for all operators, including the review of work completed for assigned Client Groups by Staff Auditors.
Work with a team of auditors throughout all phases of the audit process, including fieldwork, post-fieldwork, contract compliance and report processing.
Review and analyze cable billing reports containing large volumes of cable/satellite/IPTV/digital distribution subscriber and revenue data.
Independently analyze data to determine trends, variances and inconsistencies.
Complete complex audit report packages using SAIM specialized internal software programs and analytical tools to ultimately present audit report packages to clientele.

Payment Review & Analysis

Review Payment files completed by Payment Analysts as part of the pre-analysis/license fee preparation process for all Clients and MVPDs.
Work with Payment Analysts in resolving any issues, questions, or inconsistencies with payment data during the payment input process (remittance input questions, adjustment questions, etc.)

To be considered for this role, it is highly preferred that you possess:

BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a Client Relations/Account Management capacity.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a finance/accounting and/or legal capacity.
Ability to prioritize client requests, key projects and audit reports to meet contractual deadlines and client demands, using input and priorities provided from various members of the Senior Management Team and Audit Clientele.
Strong aptitude for financial and numerical analysis.
Intermediate variance analysis and reconciliation skills.
Highly developed critical thinking aptitude, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and practically when resolving issues.
Superior verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate results of analysis to clients and business leaders.
Successfully demonstrates a sense of urgency in satisfying all Client requests, ensuring timely completion of audit report deliverables to assigned Client Groups on a daily basis.
Excellent business writing skills, with proven experience.
Ability to process large volumes of data with an extremely high level of accuracy.
Capacity to quickly learn new processes and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively manage personal workload and changing priorities.
Superior teamwork capabilities and a results-oriented nature.
Previous financial analysis and/or audit experience desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: intermediate to advanced Excel.
Willingness to work overtime and travel when required.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000-$95,000
