Department: Account Service

Full Time – The location for this role is remote, with the option to work in an office in the Columbus metropolitan area. While remote, it is required that candidates' primary residence be in the EST time zone and that work hours are primarily either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

Job Description:

The Account executive is a new position at Switchbox and will be accountable for client service excellence and client satisfaction across key accounts. The Account executive should possess deep business and technical acumen and be able to understand our clients’ challenges and bring a solution-based mindset to each account.

As an Account executive, you should be able to motivate others and demonstrate collaboration. Additionally, while you will partner with Product Owners who will manage the internal team schedules and allocations, you should have experience with project management.

The Account Executive should have 5+ years of proven experience executing and managing technical projects, as well as growing accounts. They should have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills to lead client conversations.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across several accounts at the same time
Desire to collaborate with both internal and external audiences to solve problems
Ability to build and grow relationships both internally and externally
Proven experience working with technology solutions and development teams
Self-Motivated, driven, quick learner
Organized, efficient and detail oriented
Willingness to meet with clients off site for meetings, coffee and lunches as needed. Candidates who are not located in the central Ohio area should be willing to travel to Ohio at least once per quarter

Essential Functions:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Work hand-in-hand with product owner and development teams to ensure client satisfaction
Grow our client relationships by recognizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities and seeing them through to a sale
Develop, write and negotiate contracts and renewals with clients
Create and deliver presentations and other materials as needed

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years relevant, progressive experience

Compensation:
