Our Outbound Account Executive brings the ‘Supa” element to our customers whether it’s face to face, phone, email, or online chat. The purpose of this role is to increase company sales by closing deals with existing clients or new prospects! While of course giving them the SUPA EXPERIENCE! Success in this role means is measured by customer outreach, new customer sign ups and revenue growth.

*Responsibilities in this role include:*

* Creating new growth opportunities by via outbound calls, cold calling, networking, events and other sources to generate new leads
* Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
* Educating customers on how Supacolor’s products and services can benefit them
* Communicating in a Supa inclusive and positive way
* Develop great relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
* Collaborate with Sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
* Contribute positively to the Supacolor culture, demonstrating our values: positivity, do right by people, accountable, work together, dream big and love winning!
* Actively maintain and track progress sales pipeline
* CRM, Reporting and analysis
* Negotiating agreements and pricing.
* Stay across industry competitors, new products, and market conditions

*Your background, knowledge and skills*

* 5+ years' experience in a similar Outbound role
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field preferred
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Thrive working at pace
* Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office
* Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
* Ability to juggle a few things at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
