Position Summary:

As a Sales Engineer at Stratagen, you will play a crucial role in driving market share and revenue growth. Your expertise in the FRACPRO software suite will be instrumental in proposing tailored software solutions and conducting demos to prospective and current customers. Key Roles / Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, leveraging your field experience to match customer needs with suitable software solutions.
Conduct software demos to potential customers, showcasing the capabilities of the FRACPRO software suite.
Maintain and expand our existing customer base by promoting new software features and benefits through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of client use cases and industry trends to optimize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the software development team, providing real-world use cases and valuable feedback on existing and new software features. • Deliver exceptional presentations tailored to each customer's needs.
Demonstrate self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective relationship management.
Educate, influence, and motivate potential buyers to drive sales growth.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience.
Preferred experience of five (5) or more years in the oil and gas industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulic fracturing operations and treatment design fundamentals to support software sales.
Experience with FRACPRO or similar modeling and data acquisition software is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
Moves throughout the building to access files.
Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
