Seeq is searching for a Customer Success Manager (contract) to play a critical role in the growth of the company as it serves process industries. In fact, we are seeking 'superstars' in their fields.

This role is an 18-month contract and open to remote UK- or Ireland-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities

A Customer Success Manager (CSM) builds strong relationships internally and externally, serving as a trusted advisor to drive customer value and Seeq profitability. The mission of the Customer Success Management team is to translate customer-specific business objectives into actionable account plans and orchestrate plan execution.

You will lead customer’s journey with Seeq, from launch to renewal, driving user engagement and adoption by:

Enabling efficient and effective customer onboarding
Monitoring, maintaining health and renewals for a portfolio of Customers.
Implementing and continually refining Seeq’s Customer Journey
Implementing, establishing digital initiatives and best practices for Customer management utilizing Gainsight
Contributing to product-led growth and Voice of the Customer initiatives

You will be the customer focal point for the Seeq organization, proactively sharing Seeq resources and engaging Seeq personnel—Sales, Analytics Engineers, Software Support, Software Development—to support customer goals. Your work will be critical to driving customer retention and expansion, as a part of the larger Customer Success organization at Seeq. The mission of Customer Success as a whole is to partner with customers to deliver sustainable, scalable, and profitable business outcomes.

Qualifications

You have 3 or more years of previous experience in software, analytics, digitalization, and/or industrial process industries.
You reside in the United Kingdom or Ireland
You are familiar with Gainsight, Salesforce, Slack, Confluence, Power BI and other collaboration software.
Fluency in English required, and other languages is a plus.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, another technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
You are regarded as one that ‘adds energy’ to everyone and every project you touch.
You possess a high level of project management and organizational skill. You are detail oriented and stay on top of action items and important information.
You have self-directed work habits, exhibiting strong initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance.

You love to interact with and delight customers with a positive attitude and professionalism as an ambassador for the Seeq brand.
