Account Management - Remote East or Central

As a key member of the Sales organization, the AMG Team has full responsibility for customers that have been with Sangoma for at least six months. Each AMG team member proactively contacts assigned customers on a quarterly basis to complete a Quarterly Business Review (QBR). During this review, there should be an attempt to further the relationship by upselling, troubleshooting, and/or extending the duration of the business relationship. Just as important is the response to customer requests. By utilizing referrals, and partners and vetting marketing qualified leads, the AMG will also attract and retain new revenue. The goal is to achieve or exceed the assigned quota by adding Upsell MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) from existing Customers and New MRR from new Customers by positioning margin-rich, Sangoma products and services.

Your Role

This sales position will consultatively offer the entire suite of Sangoma cloud communication products and services. We are held accountable for growing and/or maintaining the revenue stream to Sangoma. In this role you will focus on generating and retaining revenue by consulting with existing Customers and closing qualified leads. Utilize best practices to accept, assess, compliment, and close customers on appropriate Sangoma products & services.

Educate and inform customers about cyber security. Additional duties include:

Grow each account through Quarterly Business Reviews
Conduct a thorough assessment of the account's business and consultatively offer complementing products and services at standard intervals of the Customer lifecycle.
Retain each account by delivering world-class Customer Service
Respond, fulfill, and support each Customer request in a timely and professional manner.
Vet new leads from Marketing’s Demand Gen Engine
Contact engage and close any leads provided by the Sangoma Marketing demand engine.
Gather referrals to help each customer monetize their network
Grow your base of customers by using the Customer referral incentive and routinely gathering referrals from satisfied customers.

Encourage, support, and compete with your teammates to foster a positive, supportive team environment with AMG and Sangoma as a whole.
Maintain an appropriate level of activity with dials, emails, and LinkedIn.
Follow the prescribed activity cadence in the Sales Messaging Playbook.
Respond and transfer inbound call queue, responsibly
Update and maintain the CRM as appropriate

Your Role

Successfully meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
2-5 years of previous account management or sales experience
Previous experience in cloud communications or SaaS business offerings is highly desired
“Hunter” sales mentality combined with consultative Selling skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with quoting and forecasting with CRM tools along with Gsuite.
