What's the opportunity?

Ortus has partnered with an early-stage growth SaaS business disrupting the industry with their analytical software solutions to assist organisations in managing scaling, training ROI and recruitment. The Account Executive role will involve prospecting clients and running the entire sales cycle, selling to businesses within the recruitment space including recruitment agencies, RPOs and Internal Talent teams within organisations.

You're a great fit if:

You have 2+ years of experience selling into the recruitment industry or HR teams in larger organisations (a must)
You have a proven sales track record, strong relationships and people management abilities
You have experience in phone sales-based role
You are results-driven and self-motivated to be able to work in a remote-first setting
