Job Description: Responsible for developing new drape specifications and assembly methods. Provide accurate and DOL-compliant time study data to Industrial Engineer. Oversees master training and guides production methods for manufactured products. Coordinates with Quality Control. Creates CAD drawings of the customer's design and develops the bill of materials (BOM). Enters developed products into MRP system.

Adept at using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess product management skills.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with other corporate and customer team members.
Analyze complex solutions using Business Development policies, procedures, and resources.
Work with customers until the product is ready for production.
Develop prototypes for proof of concept.
Works with quality assurance, industrial engineering, production, and finance.
Interprets specifications and drawings to other departments for production purposes.

Preferred Requirements:

An associate degree or at least 3 years in a similar role within manufacturing.
Applicable understanding of medical drape manufacturing and production techniques.
Ability to work with individuals with disabilities.
Possess NC driver's license and ability to be approved by HVO insurance carrier.
