We are specialists in sourcing, co-packing, and product development. Harvest also produces its’ own brand of healthy, frozen side dishes called Path of Life.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a talented Sales Account Executive to help build business up by maintaining a relationship with current customers while also identifying new opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retain and grow sales and profitability by proactively managing existing business and hunting for new opportunities and customers.
Create and execute strategies to expand Harvest’s customer base.
Become an expert on our product lines.
Lead efforts to build value and become a critical supplier to all customers.
Regularly review business with all accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely communications with customers.
Work closely with R&D, supply chain, marketing and sales teams to identify new ideas, trends, product uses and markets.
Participate in forecasting and planning to support operational efficiency.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sales and contracts.
Represent Harvest Food Group in a professional manner both inside the company and within the trade.
Other duties, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience selling food ingredients preferred.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Ability to travel 10-25%.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Strong communicator, customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
