Position Summary

We are seeking an innovative and driven individual to lead the establishment and growth of our new Home Works Division. Essential Functions

Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in potential companies.
Customize financial benefit packages to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Product Development:
Design and refine financial benefit offerings, ensuring they align with client expectations
Create Newsletters, presentations, and other marketing materials needed for the success of the program
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Set ambitious target goals for the division and develop strategies to achieve them.
Lead the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and successful conversion of clients.
Event Planning and Managment:
Ability to plan seminars, chose dates, locations, marketing materials, and coordinate with the presenter

Qualifications

Experience in corporate benefits, insurance, financial services, Human Resources or related industries.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and revenue generation.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with companies
Understanding of corporate benefit products and services.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks and drive innovation.

Direct: 0
Indirect: 0
Moderate to intermittent supervision required, depending on experience
Applies sound judgment in execution of core job responsibilities and in assigning work
Thinks critically about downstream impact of changes on processes and systems
Hires, trains, coaches, disciplines, and exits team members
Travel: 80% (attend events and meetings with realtors, builders, and other sources)

Requirements

Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.

Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.

Audio/Visual: Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation. Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.

Environmental: Office environment – no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
