Gridwealth is a Developer, Constructor, Owner, and Operator of commercial & industrial solar assets, battery energy storage systems, retail electricity sales to commercial accounts, community solar acquisition & management and other related services. We're looking for an associate level Director of Sales Operations, a detail-oriented individual to support IT systems for the company with priority on the smooth functioning of the platforms used by our sales & marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Head up all Sales Operational responsibilities for the company
Guide the development of the company's software technology stack to drive sales
Maximize the effectiveness of the sales team's outreach campaigns through optimization of business process and software tools
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
Oversee all administrative functions including, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integration with other key systems
Develop KPI’s to be delivered via reports and dashboards as needed by senior management
Support end users with questions or system issues
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization

Skills/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related technical field or commensurate experience
Adept user of the Salesforce platform
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
Experience implementing multi-level, account-based systems in a high value B2B environment
Experience with HubSpot, CoStar, ARC-GIS, file management systems are a plus
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
This is an On-Site position based in Sudbury, MA.
