CPA FIRM FOR NONPROFITS

Topline CPAs (Associated with Goldin Group CPAs) is a rapidly growing CPA firm catering to the emerging nonprofit market. The primary services financial services (accounting, tax, and advisory) in the form of Virtual Controllers and CFOs packages.

As an Account Manager at Topline, you will create a business relationship with your clients through email, chat, and Zoom calls on a regular basis. A true cross between accounting and customer success, you will be responsible for onboarding clients onto our financial technology platforms and coordinating the flow of financial information.

Overview of Position:

We are looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about providing non-profits with the best experience they have ever had. As an Account Executive at Topline you will assist by interacting with clients by onboarding them to a new financial infrastructure, setting up an organized flow of monthly information. and explaining their financial standing in simple terms.

Successful account executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and service. The ideal candidate will be able organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the client experience.

Account Managers will receive the tools, programs, and systems necessary to grow their career within the firm.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
Coordinate onboarding new clients
On a monthly basis ensure the orderly flow of financial information from the client to Topline processors
Oversee outsourced team when needed to ensure timely issuance of deliverables.
Oversee processes for monthly close.
Implement process improvements.
Communicate effectively with internal owners/management on establish performance expectations.
Manage personal workload to deliver high quality work product on time
Work across teams to keep others informed of client status

Requirements / Qualifications:

College graduate (4) year degree preferred
Business or Accounting degree desired
Strong consultative and interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communication skill
Flexible, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced developing work environment
Non-profit financial knowledge highly desirable

Additional Information:

Salary

Competitive. Individuals are compensated commensurate with productivity. This means that salary is ascending as the individual progresses in productivity and performance. Work hours will be increased as workload increases.
