Overview:

The Global Account Manager generates, maintains, and expands relationships with strategically significant large customers while fostering new business partnerships for the Enterprise Development team. This role collaborates with both new and existing accounts to drive business growth and seize opportunities. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and strategic account objectives while representing the entire range of company solutions, products, and services to assigned customers. Furthermore, they lead the customer account planning cycle, ensuring that customers' needs align with the company's expectations.

Responsibilities:
Develop and cultivate strong relationships with senior & “C” level IT leaders within client organization.
Coordinates company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
Meet profitability expectations.
Maintain accurate sales funnel.
Build the pipeline and create new opportunities through strategic outreach efforts.
Conduct prospect research and engage in cold calling to establish relationships.
Achieve strategic customer objectives as defined by company management.
Develop strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
Qualifications:
8+ Years of Sales (Account Executive) experience in the telecommunication industry or related industries and at the Enterprise level.
Demonstrated experience in penetrating new marketplaces using a vertical approach.
Consultative sales approach with a strong commitment to building lasting relationships and promoting business growth.
Proficiency in positioning effectively the following solutions: UCaaS, MPLS, Internet Services, Application Priority Management, Dedicated Internet Access, Network Function Virtualization NFV, Security, Virtual Private Network, Cloud, etc.) for the specific vertical markets.
Experience in the full sales cycle process: Prospecting, setting meetings, follow up, closing, etc.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Negotiation skills
Ability to sell according to customer needs.
Sales planning and managing processes.
Demonstrated success in building key relationships.
Market knowledge and adaptability
Bilingual (English-Spanish) required

Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 / year base, OTE based on several factors including but not limited to education and work experience.;
