Job summary:
Responsible for day-to-day relationship management for assigned portfolio of clients. Accounts are target clients that have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the company.

General duties and responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary day to day support, foster strong relationships and work collaboratively to meet the client’s needs and drive success.
• Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner.
• Build and manage the client relationship through proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction, client retention, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.
• Build relationships with contacts across the client organization.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.
• Monitor and manage performance using key performance indicators.
• Develop strong relationships with internal staff.
• Develop thorough knowledge of Certegy’s products and services.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field, or 5+ years of client relationship experience.

Job Requirements
• Extensive Client relationship experience and/or payments experience is preferred.
• Experience in a client facing role working with large strategic accounts, preferably in fintech, financial services, consulting, or technology.
• Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving.
• Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to solve complex problems with minimal impact to the client.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions with little supervision.
• Some travel required for training or client meetings.
