Overview:

Reporting to the Director, Client Solutions and Engagement, the Account Executive is responsible for the overall relationship management of assigned clients.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

Serve as Liaison and primary point of contact between Episode Solutions and assigned clients, responsible for overall client satisfaction and engagement
Develop solid, lasting professional relationships with clients with a deep understanding of each client, including physician preferences, physician and practice ownership of ancillary services, key staff members, relevant clinical and business operations of the practice and any changes
Communicate internally and proactively address any changes within physician practice, clinical and business operations and staffing
Proactively engage both the client and the appropriate internal resources to resolve problems, address changes and to provide an excellent service experience for each client
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all Episode Solutions product offerings and support tools, ensure appropriate products and tools are properly implemented/operationalized for assigned clients
Conduct monthly performance reviews with clients and provide appropriate reports, data and other information
Continuously monitor and assess overall client satisfaction and performance through utilization of available tools and develop plans of correction/action to improve.
Act as reliable expert for all programs to assigned clients disseminating all necessary operational updates, information, and other communications, to clients.
Monitor client staff turnover and provide training to any new client staff, as needed
Assist in the constant assessment and collection of market intelligence and competitive activity and communicate internally
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience
Minimum of 2 years related experience
A combination of education and experience may be considered

Skills and Abilities:

Strong oral and written communication skills
Adept in rapport-building and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate at various levels effectively and proactively throughout internal and external organizations
Be curious and proactive
Advanced problem-solving skills including skills such as research, reasoning, analysis, and decision making
Project management skills including organization and the ability to multitask
Fundamental mathematical skills
Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Power BI is preferred
Understanding of HIPAA
Professional presence

Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position will have direct access to ePHI and must comply with HIPAA regulations.

Travel:

50% travel may be required.
