Position Purpose: Build the company's market position and increase revenue by supporting and performing activities to locate and develop new business opportunities

Oversee development of potential business opportunities by contacting potential stakeholders and partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options, and resolving internal priorities
Manage activities related to new business procurement and implementation including developing work plans, monitoring progress, establishing performance measurements and risk management strategies
Establish strong relationships, including regulators or other government officials and providers
Provide leadership to the business development and operational delivery models

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science or related field. Master's degree preferred. 6+ years of business development, sales or government policy experience. Experience with healthcare, managed care, Medicaid or Medicare preferred. Requires 100% travel. Licenses/Certifications: Current state driver's license
