BrainCheck has built an end-to-end cognitive assessment and cognitive care management platform, an FDA Class II Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), which enables providers to provide cognitive healthcare to patients who previously required referral to a neuro-specialist. About the Role

As an account executive (SMB), you are tasked with realizing BrainChecks mission by introducing BrainCheck to ICP practices, educating them on our mission and signing on new practices as customers in your territory. You will have the opportunity to partner with customer success to expand the utilization of BrainCheck to additional providers for customers in your territory (expansion). You will gain extensive experience and knowledge into the workflows of practices, the shortcomings of current state processes and learn how to connect the dots on why switching to digital will drive greater patient care, earlier detection of decline, save their practice administrative time and realize financial incentives through reimbursement.

At BrainCheck we've built a successful inside sales model selling our reimbursable cognitive assessment platform. Our AE's are critical to driving growth for the company, and this is a great opportunity for the right person to develop their sales skills at a healthtech startup!

Key Requirements

In this role, you will be expected to drive growth in our Small-to-Medium size Business (SMB) segment. This is a full cycle sales role, you will own your own pipeline from top-of-funnel, prospecting physician practice leads, that you ultimately work through the sales cycle to close. SaaS or Healthcare experience is a plus, specifically experience selling SaaS to physician practices. Whether you are an AE with a few years of experience under your belt, or an accomplished SDR/BDR hoping to move on to the next step in your sales career, the SMB AE position is a great opportunity for advancement and future growth.

Discovering pains and connecting them to the values of our solution
Successfully managing and overcoming prospect objections
Building trust and credibility with prospects
Meeting your activity and outcome goals, and managing your pipeline through to completion
Guiding deals through our sales process
Closing deals and achieving sales quota
Land and expand customers by partnering with customer success
Attending conferences
Unearthing, collecting, and maintaining the data needed for effective forecasting
Diving deep into the Healthcare industry in your territory
Collaborating closely with your teammates
Contributing your insights and expertise to the Product, Marketing, Success, and other teams to make BrainCheck a better company

About You

2-3 years of sales or related experience, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare space
You have proven success as a key contributor to the overall growth of a company as well as your own quota

You are flexible and adaptable. All deals are unique! Can you clearly articulate business value, impact and ROI?
Saas experience and/or Healthcare industry experience is preferred
Experience using Salesforce, sales engagement technology (Outreach/Groove/Salesloft), Conversation Intellligence (Gong.io, Chorus.io, Etc.) Google Workspace, and other sales enablement tools are preferred
