About The Role

As a Client Engagement Principal with Azenix you will play a pivotal role in developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and wants and to work with the Azenix team to create solutions that make our clients better through technology.

Your Priorities In The Role Include

Client Engagement and Development - As a leader in Azenix, you will be responsible for engaging new and existing clients to build relationships and position Azenix as a preferred services provider of choice for Microsoft based solutions.
Presales and Solution Selling - You will be accountable for identifying, translating, and synthesising client needs and wants, both from a business and a technology requirements lens.
Sales Operations Lifecycle - You will be responsible for leading the sales cadence, reporting and data accuracy in Salesforce for Azenix across all leads and opportunities.
Ownership for the Azenix pipeline across sales including leads and opportunity management, customer insights & reporting and sales/account management.
Commercial - You will be responsible for preparing commercial agreements with clients including scoping and deliverable, statements of work, partner agreements and financial modelling and project/client financial performance.
Team and Client Satisfaction - You will be responsible for the Azenix team engagements and overall team satisfaction with the clients you projects executing in.
You will have accountability to client satisfaction through ongoing cadence of the relationship, governance and Voice of the Client feedback on Azenix’s performance as a partner of choice.

If you’re the right Client Engagement Principal for us, you’ll have:

Experience with Cloud, DevOps, Software Engineering, Continuous Delivery or other transformational sales
+5 years sales experience in IT professional services
A passion for Microsoft technology, you have working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and love solving client challenges with Microsoft technology
You’ll have string account management or business development experience and have a proven history in building strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
Proven experience working with senior and executive level decision makers
Bonus points for existing Microsoft partner experience including knowledge of programs
Strong written and oral communication skills
