Director of Sales - Player/Coach - Freight Forwarding Background - $200-$225k OTE

Our client is a rapidly growing freight forwarder with an emphasis on emerging markets. After scaling the business overseas to >$250M in revenue, they are now launching full service operations in the United States and looking for 3 Directors of Sales to lead the charge (NorthEast, SouthEast, South/SouthWest).

Expectations:

Compensation:

-Base: $100-$125k, Total OTE $200-$225k ;
-Commission: 12% of GP in Year 1
