AdSwapper is seeking a sharp, motivated, and organized player coach to teach, grow and help manage our affiliate marketing program / affiliate publisher management team. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and type A personality, with working knowledge of online marketing channels. We are seeking an Account Management Team Leader to join our team from their remote location. We are looking for an exceptional and driven individual with a blend of outbound sales and account management experience with a passion for online media. A history in people management is key to success in this role.

The successful candidate will actively seek out new Publisher/Affiliate relationships with creative business building ideas, to further expand our online reach in the CPA space, while working with our current team to be even more successful in their AM roles.

Job duties include:

Lead a team of experienced Account Managers, while owning your own book of business
Prospecting online with a confident attitude and reaching the decision maker
Serving as the key point of communication for Affiliates, Publishers, and other related online media channels
Extract, analyze, and recommend key performance measures from campaigns to grow our ad spends with Affiliates/Publishers
Manage, track, report on existing accounts to ensure revenue and ROI goals are met
Domestic and International travel attending trade shows and conferences
Distribute and recommend marketing tools and creative material to Affiliates
Work closely with your affiliate partner portfolio to ensure success
Help the Account Management team onboard and scale new partners
Seek solutions to help scale existing publisher accounts across the AdSwapper portfolio

What we are looking for:

4+ years of account management experience
2+ years of people management experience
Bachelor’s degree in advertising or related business field
Ability to provide first rate support and knowledge of a fast paced and changing industry
Proven experience fostering and growing relationships into long term partnerships, emphasizing the importance of value added service
Familiarity with affiliate marketing software (HasOffers/Tune, Affise, Cake, or similar proprietary technology)
Confident, outgoing and persistent with follow-ups
Fluent in the language of CPA, CPM, and CPC marketing
Advance Business English proficiency is required!
