Job Description

Actsphere Insurance Group is seeking a conscientious, motivated, licensed insurance agent who enjoys working with people and helping them find the right coverage. Note: This is a hybrid opportunity for residents in the Houston-area. The role of this position is the production of new accounts and the retention of existing account. The Account Manager will provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to clients. Property and Casualty licensed required.

Salary: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

oService and assist in the remarketing of current client policies

oLook for cross-sell opportunities when speaking with clients

oComplete Acord forms and COIs and ensure accuracy

oProcess payments

oConduct policy reviews. Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

oProcess change requests to existing policies

oAssist clients in filing claims

oRespond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame

oOther functions as assigned by management
