INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island)

Position Summary:

Our business and customer base are rapidly growing! To keep up with demand, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team.

In this key position, the Inside Sales Account Executive will play a pivotal role in our continued success and revenue growth! You will sell customized technology solutions to help customers achieve their business goals. We believe in the Quality of a sales call not Quantity.

What you'll be doing:

Identify IT sales opportunities with a focus on developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts and following up on leads through phone contact.
Consult with decision makers at all levels via phone to understand their IT needs and business goals and offer 2NDGEAR’s solutions to their challenges.
Work with Sales Support and Warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure products are delivered on time.
Obtain customer feedback and continually work to improve product and service offerings.
Resolve customer requests, and issues working with 2NDGEAR support staff.
Meet established sales goals.

What we're looking for:

4+ years’ sales experience.
Results driven, self-motivated, a need to achieve and make money!
Willingness to learn customized sales approaches and grow your sales career
Strong customer focus, consultative sales approach, and enjoy building customer relationships
Hunter / Farmer sales mindset
Knowledge of technology and computers is helpful but not required; we’ll teach you!
